DATES FOR BAND CAMP 2014

Go ahead and reserve these dates for Central High School's Band Camp 2014:

Week One: July 22-26 8am-12pm=Percussion, Colorguard, Student Leaders and Rookies

Week Two: July 29-August 2, 8am-6pm=Full Band

Details on location and requirements will be announced.

Assessment schedule and possible snow schedule

Right now our plan is have all middle school band students arrive at the high school at the beginning of school. High school students will be dismissed from class at 10am. We will leave at 11:30.  Make sure you bring dress clothes to school with you and spending money for dinner. We will be back at Central by 7pm

If we are on a two hour delay everyone will still report to the high school first thing. We will load, change and still be on the road by 11:30. Parent pickup time and location. will not change.

If on a four hour delay come to the high school already dressed. We will load and immediately depart. Parent pickup time and location will not change.

If school is closed we will not attend the event.

Thursday March 13 VBODA Concert Assessment

Concert Assessment schedule for high school students: Thursday March 13 we perform in VBODA Concert Assessments. BRING YOUR DRESS CLOTHES TO SCHOOL THAT DAY! Dress is all black professional. We will leave the high school at 11:30am arrive at VIrginia HS at 1pm, put your equipment in storage. Then watch our JW Adams/LF Addington Combined Wind Ensemble perform. Our warm up is 2:20, performance at 3:20. Depart and stop to eat somewhere, bring money! We will be back at Central HS for pickup by 7pm.

Middle School 7th and 8th graders today you received a letter to give your parents with the schedule for us on that day. This is the first time the JW Adams/LF Addington Bands have performed for this event together! Make it a great memory!
